Charlie keeps following me into Jason’s room. But he also is getting stuck in there when the door closes. We need a new solution to keep it open. I suggested cutting the corner of the door off so he can just walk in.
Charlie flipped over the clover buds. I was petting his hips today when he stretched his legs out and I felt his muscles move. Aww.
Charlie hardly ever begs for food now that he has his farmer dave hay. Hooray!! Finally something to fill my bunny’s hunger. Consequently he also is not taking his after dinner treat from mom. Still, a full bunny is a happy one!
Charlie got his presents in the hall in the morning and he was better about opening them than last night, probably because these were food. He munched on alfalfa, gobbled down raisins, and crunched a carrot. His feedings were late the rest of the day since his tummy was quite full. Jason and I were in his room watching Doctor Who and suddenly Charlie hops in and around the room. I guess he got bored, good since I always tell him to come get me if he needs me. And this time it wasn’t about food.
Charlie had a great time downstairs for Christmas eve. He hopped all around and when it was time to open presents he only cared about the boxes!! He was chewing on the lids and wasn’t interested in much else. He did chew on a few corners of other people’s presents though.
Charlie is spending more and more time in Jason’s room now. I think mostly because he can’t go in mom’s room. We still have Kyle.
Charlie thumped twice again, for seemingly no reason. I’ve had it with the dog and my only concern is for Charlie’s peace of mind.
Charlie’s the better pet yet again. Kyle is so needay and keeps on barking while Charlie is content to sit on floor in a little loaf waiting to be fed.
Charlie was great again, totally okay with the dog. He seems to want to get to mom’s room but is afraid of passing the dog. He keeps on going into Jason’s room now that he took down his cardboard though. It’s so cute!
Kyle was good, except for getting mom and dad up at 7. I saw Charlie sitting under my chair looking out the door then all morning. He came out to see Kyle a few times, but once, while Kyle wasn’t doing anything, Charlie was in the hall and thumped. I was in mom’s room and wondered if he did it to alert me. Then he was in my doorway and did it again. He seemed fine though.
